  1. Return Window:

You have a generous 30-day return window starting from the date of delivery to initiate a return. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected, and we're here to assist you.

  1. Return Eligibility:

To ensure a successful return, please make sure that the item meets the following criteria:

- The item should be in its original packaging, just like when you received it, including all the original accessories and tags.

- It's important that the item's serial number and UPC match our records, so please ensure they are intact.

- If, for any reason, the item packaging is missing, a restocking fee up to 50% will apply. We appreciate your understanding.

  1. Shipping Charges:

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part. We want to be fair and transparent in our policies.

  1. Defective Returns:

If, within 20 days of delivery, you receive an item that is defective or it is determined that we made an error, we will gladly offer you a full refund of the item price.

Additionally, we have a special 1-to-1 exchange warranty to ensure that you receive a replacement for any defective item. We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase.

We do want to mention that selecting "Defective Items" as the return reason doesn't automatically guarantee a full refund. We take defective item claims seriously and conduct careful testing. If, in some cases, the reported defect cannot be reproduced, it may be considered buyer's remorse. Rest assured, we'll work with you to find the best solution.

  1. Non-Defective Returns:

For non-defective returns, here's what you need to know:

- If the item is unopened and undamaged, in re-sellable condition like a new item, you'll receive a full refund.

- If the item has been opened, we may apply a restocking fee ranging from 15% to 30%, depending on the condition of the returned item. We believe in fair practices and want to be upfront about any restocking fees.

- Please note that materially different returns will incur restocking fees. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
